Smart Boy!

I am constantly amazed at how quickly Henry is learning new things. The list of words that he says is growing daily (even if it's hard to tell the difference between cracker, car, and cup...), he knows exactly what I'm talking about most of the time (runs to his room when I ask him if he's ready to get dressed in the morning), and he is often surprising us with new tricks (like copying Daddy's push-ups). Just now, he came up to me and put his hand to his mouth in the sign for "eat." Not that we do sign language... I think I may have shown him that once or twice a while back. But yesterday he figured out what it meant, so that when I asked him if he was hungry, he responded by doing the sign and smiling. Today, he just walked up to me and did it on his own. It was snacktime, so I gave him some cheese, which was quickly devoured. This really is a fun age!
